How do I get started on Sarvani Sweets online?

You can start by going to the “order online” page and selecting the products added to the cart and clicking on the “login” button to create an account. In two quick minutes, you can fill out your mobile number, email and password to create your account and keep track of all your orders.

How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Care at qc@sarvanisweets.co.in to cancel the order and refund your payment before 5 hours of the cut-off time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

Do you serve fresh products?

Yes, we offer only fresh premium quality products that are traditional in taste.

What is the shelf life of Mithai and Namkeens?

Various products have a different shelf life and the same is mentioned on the package during delivery. You may also contact us to know prior to ordering if you need to know the shelf life of any product.

What are the various payment options?

What do you charge for Postage and Packing?

Postage and Packing will be at actuals. Please contact us by telephone or email for a quote for overseas delivery.

How soon will my order arrive? What is the Lead Time to execute deliveries?

We make every effort to ship your order within the time frames specified so that your sweets arrive on time, but this is dependent on the quantity ordered and the distance travelled. Please, however, double-check the product’s availability. We will ship your order only after we have received payment. Please keep in mind that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, so place your order with caution.

What if I would like the Sweets to be delivered on a specific date?

Just call our Customer Service or email us and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
